Aloft Dulles Airport North Hotel Ashburn

LOVED the spacious rooms but could hear neighbors. Staff were kind but not too attentive. Would probably choose it again. The colorful exterior looks better than in photos.

I loved the stylish and comfortable layout of the Aloft rooms and lobby. The nearby dining options were great for meals. However, the noise level from the lobby activities was a bit disruptive. Overall, a clean and modern stay with potential for improvement in noise management.

The hotel was stylish, and I liked accommodating staff and impressive room. Units with 2 beds. A shower, hairdryers and bath sheets was a plus.

The hotel of choice in Ashburn. I loved every detail about my fine 1 night stay here. Regarding service, it was good with a shuttle to the airport.

The room was super cozy with premium bedding and a great selection of first-run movies. The laptop-friendly workspace was a huge plus for me as a guest with disabilities.

Some might find the laptop-compatible safe a bit small.

The hotel is fairly clean, with courteous personal, and offers magnificent location near the airport, which has sushi far above-and-beyond the norm and the conference.

Loved the place, beautifully kept for overnight stay. The staff were helpful and efficient too. Continental breakfast was something to remember. Late check-out was useful. It was nice to have bar area in the lobby. Thank you for making our stay a very nice experience.

I chose this hotel for a product showcase as it provides a 700 square feet conference center and meeting room. The breakfast room, bar, and 24-hour business center were convenient for networking. The location's proximity to major offices such as AOL, Airbus, and Verizon also eased my business meetings.

I missed having access to a dedicated concierge service for arranging last-minute business needs.

Also, shuttle communication needs improvement. On the positive side, the hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near the airport. The comfortable bed was a saving grace.

I loved spending time here. I had an awesome stay overall, the room I stayed in was accommodating with dog-friendly and king bed, for example. I was met by amazing and awesome staff at the reception.

Its breakfast definitely should be included.

After a long day of travel, the 24-hour grab-and-go eatery was a lifesaver. I stumbled in looking like a zombie and was greeted by the sight of gourmet meals that were as easy to grab as the snacks in my pantry at home. It felt like discovering an oasis in the desert.

Our new favorite place to stay in Ashburn. Our stay was really great here. The room was relaxing with exceptionally comfortable beds.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. My room was spacious with a lovely view, and the facilities were convenient. Parking was a bit chaotic, but the overall experience was positive. A few hiccups, but a decent stay overall.

During our recent overnight stopover for a business trip, we found the hotel to be lacking in certain aspects. The room walls were indeed thin, making it challenging to have a peaceful night's sleep. However, on a more positive note, we appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, cleanliness, and affordability. Despite the noise disturbances and other inconveniences, these factors made our short stay somewhat pleasant.

Helpful check-in staff changed my reservation and prompt 4:00 am shuttle to the airport. Decent wifi and comfortable shuttle ride, despite not being very close. Fridge was provided when asked for, alleviating any inconvenience for another guest. a convenient and efficient stay.

The room was bright, decorated nicely, had a big shower, clothes steamer, fridge, and a super comfy bed which we loved. They also had a pretty cool lobby, a cute pool, and a good-sized room to chill in. The only bummer was the chaos with noisy kids running around early in the morning, and getting wrongly charged $212 for two sodas, like seriously? 🤦‍♂️ But overall, besides that, the hotel was all good vibes and dog-friendly too!

The coffee dispenser was empty when I arrived at breakfast, but the staff member quickly refilled it and even offered to bring me a fresh cup to my table. The rest of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere.

Loved the 24-hour eclectic restaurant, satisfying coffee bar, and easy gourmet meals. The W XYZ Bar was trendy and fun. The free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver. And let's not forget the plug & play connectivity station, because who doesn't love charging all their electronics in style?

I absolutely loved the modern décor and the inviting lobby area with comfortable seating. It was so nice to be able to relax in a stylish and well-decorated space after a long day of travel. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also very convenient, with easy access to the main areas and amenities. It made getting around the hotel and enjoying the facilities much easier for someone like me.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if there were clearer signs and communication from the children of the staff about any changes or updates to the hotel services or facilities.

The Best aspects of our stay were the comfortable accommodations and outstanding customer service. the room was modern, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. the hotel also provided high, end toiletries, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from recognizing our membership status to accommodating our dietary needs.

The worst aspect of our stay was the lack of food options. There were no snacks available for purchase, and the cooler that once held food items was mostly stocked with drinks.
